2023 Chess Instructors for Middle-School Children
The White Plains Youth Bureau is looking for a Volunteer Chess Instructor to teach chess to boys and girls in 4th-8th grade during its Saturday Academy Program. The program meets on Saturdays at select middle schools in White Plains. This is the perfect role for a teen who is a chess whiz or an adult who is passionate about teaching chess to young students.
