Kinship Support Program Volunteers
JCY-Westchester is seeking a volunteer who can assist with its Kinship Support Program (for grandparents and relative caregivers raising children) with calls, research, and data entry. The volunteer will help perform outreach to kinship caregivers, administer a brief survey, collect data in Excel, and review information in the JCY-Westchester database. Other projects include building a list of registered minority and women-owned businesses. Volunteer must have data entry experience and be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
The ideal time commitment is 3-5 hours per week for at least four weeks. The volunteer may work remotely, however it's possible they would need to come into the JCY-Westchester in Yonkers to access the database. Express interest below!
