2021-2022 Grocery Delivery Drivers for Families

Delivery apps like Postmates help restaurants deliver pizza to late-night partiers, so why can’t an app also help deliver food to the millions of families facing food insecurity every day?

Enter Invisible Hands, a volunteer-powered nonprofit that has faciliated thousands of free deliveries to folks in need since the beginning of the pandemic. Its one-of-a-kind app matches volunteers with critical delivery requests, from a grocery run for a homebound senior to picking up food at a food bank in their own neighborhood.

The new app for iPhone and Android allows Invisible Hands volunteers to claim deliveries on their own time and, most importantly, connect with their neighbors to create some pretty surprising and beautiful friendships.

Invisible Hands was founded by 20-somethings, and was recognized by the likes of President Biden for its efforts during the pandemic. It aims to keep our communities safe, socially engaged, and well-nourished—all while physically distancing.
