Book Donation Assistant Coordinators
The Friends of Warner Library book donation team is looking for a volunteer or two to move weekly book donations inside the library. A large amount of books are loaded onto a cart and wheeled to a storage location every Wednesday afternoon. This position is ongoing and additional hours may be available to a flexible and motivated volunteer.
Volunteer requirements:
- Must be able to carry heavy crates of books
- Must be available during library hours and have a flexible schedule (usually Wednesdays and occasionally Thursdays)
- Located nearby in Tarrytown or Sleepy Hollow with easy access to the library
- A love of reading is a plus!
