2020 Pillows and Blankets Distribution Volunteers
United Way of Westchester and Putnam has received a generous donation of hundreds of thousands of blankets and several thousand pillows from Delta Air Lines. These items will be distributed to nonprofits and the communities they serve so that needy families can stay warm and comfortable this winter season.
Volunteers are needed to help with organizing these donations, loading them into vehicles to be delivered, and greeting and checking-in representatives from nonprofits who are picking up the donations. Shifts run from 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m. on weekdays.
