2026 Annual Meeting Volunteers
Westchester Disabled on the Move's Annual Meeting features festivities, music, food, and giveaways. This year's event will also present live demonstrations of Westchester Parks Foundation's all-terrain trackchairs. Part of the Trails Without Limits program, these innovative trackchairs help make park facilities in Westchester more accessible to wheelchair users and others with mobility issues.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the following activities:
- Guiding visitors in the parking lot
- Escorting visitors from the parking lot to the pavilion via the paved walkway
- Assisting with food and beverage distribution
- Setting up decorations, tables, refreshments, and cutlery
- Assisting with post-event clean up
