2025 College Access Summer Program (CASP) Assistants

Volunteers are needed to assist with the Port Chester Carver Center's College Access Summer Program (CASP) to help rising high school seniors jump-start their college applications. Volunteers will work one-on-one with students to help them brainstorm, organize, and outline their personal college essays. They will also guide them in shaping their ideas, identifying key themes, and structuring a compelling narrative. (Volunteers will not edit or write for the students, but rather, provide thoughtful support.) The Port Chester Carver Center's Scholar Advisor will be present during each session to provide guidance, answer questions, and support both volunteers and students.
