2024 NAMI Rockland 5K Run and Walk
NAMI Rockland is hosting its annual 5K Run and Walk and it needs volunteers to assist on the day of the event.
Volunteers are needed for the following roles:
- Overseeing the raffle
- Overseeing registration
- Distributing T-shirts and bags
- Distributing water along the race path
- Overseeing the information and membership tables
- Assisting with cleanup (may need to be able to bend and pack cars)
All volunteers will receive T-shirts, and community service hours (for school, court, etc.) will be honored. Sign up below!
