Underwear Drive for Children and Teens

Underwear are a basic necessity, yet for many children in Westchester, it is a luxury their families struggle to provide. Over 60,000 Westchester children live in low-income homes, with 36% of public school children qualifying for free or reduced price lunch. For these children, new underwear are often financially out of reach.

Volunteers are needed to help The Sharing Shelf provide these clothing essentials to some of the 3,000 children and teens it serves each year. This is a great holiday opportunity for families, friends, neighbors, community groups, or work colleagues. Express interest below to get started!
