  • Complete a mandatory 90-minute in-person training prior to the night of the count
  • Follow counting protocols and guidelines to ensure safe, accurate, and timely data collection
  • Check-in on the evening of the PIT count at an assigned count site
  • Work with teams to survey an assigned route within a specific census tract area
  • Submit completed counting materials to Count Site Coordinators at the end of the shift
Qualifications:
  • Interest in Westchester County CoC mission of ending homelessness in the Westchester County region
  • Self-motivated and able to work well with little supervision
  • Ability to make clear decisions with sound judgement
  • Dependable, adaptable, flexible, and punctual
  • Able to physically walk and/or drive 1 to 2 miles
