Create Literacy Enrichment Activities for The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Volunteers will cut out and laminate a large caterpillar and the foods eaten by him in the famous book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar. There literacy enrichment activities wil be donated to various organizations throughout Westchester. One of the best ways to achieve the love is via reading enrichment activities which build on themes within a book. Recalling information and events in a text is a Common Core standard for Kindergarten. 

This project is a part of 9/11: Serve + Remember.
