(YTI) provides professional instruction in the performing arts to Westchester County youth, with the participation of their parents, for the purpose of fostering in these young people discipline, confidence, critical thinking and pride in accomplishments, so that they can become positive contributors to the workplace and to society and proceed into the professional world of the arts, if they so choose.
