Bridging Generations with Seniors - In-Person

One Change at a Time's Bridging Generations program connects volunteers with older adults to have fun, learn, and engage with each other, as well as to bridge the generational gap that continues to spread between younger and older generations.

The Bridging Generations program serves seniors at local nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and community centers. The purpose of program is to improve the health and social wellness of local seniors while developing skills, establishing values, and providing a sense of empowerment. These interactions help all generations by providing mentorship opportunities, stimulate the mind through educational activities, and improving health by being actively involved.

This is an in-person project. Express interest below!
