The Town of Greenburgh is looking for Virtual Vaccine Angels to assist seniors over the phone by providing information about the COVID-19 vaccine and how they can sign up for it. The time commitment is up to a few hours per week. This is the ideal community service project for students and volunteers who are friendly, patient, and able to connect with their senior neighbors who might otherwise feel stressed or confused about the vaccine. Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) volunteers are especially needed!

 

Background checks are not required, but all Vaccine Angels must pass a virtual screening and training. This is a remote opportunity that can be completed from home.
