VISIONS depends on its borough and county advisory boards to help spread awareness of the organization so that more individuals will know about its free vision rehabilitation services. Advisory Board Members also help fundraise to support these free services.
The boards meet about 6 times a year, currently virtually by Zoom. There is no financial obligation to be an Advisory Board Member, although board members are asked to support VISIONS' events to the best of their ability. All efforts at outreach and spreading the word are greatly appreciated!
