Whether discussing the news of the day, a favorite memory, or a good book, weekly telephone conversation builds friendship and common interests.
DOROT’s Telephone Friends call older adults at mutually agreed upon and convenient times to help brighten the older adults' days. Volunteers can chat, read a book together, play a game, teach a skill, and listen to music on the phone.
