Infinite Family is seeking Volunteer Video Mentors to share their expertise, knowledge, and skills with South African teens via weekly face-to-face video calls. In just 30 minutes a week (for 32 weeks per year), Volunteer Video Mentors help their teen mentees to strengthen their resilience, resourcefulness, and responsibility by focusing on five key impact areas: education, career preparation, technology literacy, life skills, and communication.
Weekly calls take place via a secure Internet platform and comprehensive training is provided. Infinite Family's South African team provides real-time support, so volunteers are never alone.
For the past six years, 96% of video-mentored 12th-grade students qualified to advance among first in their families to go to college and get good jobs, as compared to 59% of their non-mentored peers. Help ignite, influence, and inspire black teens to lifelong success!
