Opportunity Details
In partnership with Feeding Westchester and Larchmont Mamaroneck Hunger Task Force, Open Door is hosting a massive giveaway of over 10,000 pounds of fresh produce donated by Hunts Point Market.
Volunteers are needed to set up tables, unload the produce from large pallets, pre-bag smaller items, and distribute to the community. Volunteers will also clean up empty cartons, crates, and pallets for recycling. Volunteers are essential! If you cannot attend, please cancel prior to the event date. This event takes place rain (or snow) or shine; please dress appropriately.

Volunteers MUST register by following the steps above. This event takes place on the last Saturday of each month at Open Door Family Medical Center's Mamaroneck location at 689 Mamaroneck Avenue in Mamaroneck.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 15+, Minimum Age:16+, Court Ordered Volunteer - Allowed
