Opportunity Details
Become a High School CODA Volunteer!
COD, or co-occurring disorders, refers to the combination of one or more mental health challenges and substance misuse/addiction. CODA volunteers are committed to advancing prevention programming and are enthusiastic advocates of treatment opportunities that improve the lives of teens and young adults diagnosed with these co-occurring disorders.
Schools and student clubs have created thoughtful programs to raise awareness and provide opportunities for students to learn while having fun. Volunteers can help by working with students, student clubs, and schools to create the CODA library of projects and programs that can be used for future programming.
