Open Door Family Medical Center, in partnership with Feeding Westchester, will be providing weekly, shelf-stable and fresh food deliveries to 100 households in response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Committed volunteer drivers are needed to deliver pre-bagged food from Ossining to Open Door patients who are medically fragile or in quarantine. All deliveries are curbside and take place on Tuesday afternoons between 12-3 p.m. Routes are all within Westchester County and geographically divided among drivers: Ossining/Briarcliff, Sleepy Hollow/Tarrytown, White Plains, Port Chester/Mamaroneck, New Rochelle/Mount Vernon, Mount Kisco/Bedford, Peekskill/Montrose, and Yonkers.
This is an ongoing weekly program. Please express interest below to be contacted and provided with more information.
