Healthcare Professionals Needed (New York State COVID-19 Response)

New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo is calling on all healthcare professionals, from New York and beyond, to assist with the state's relief efforts in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The call applies to qualified health professionals and related professionals to supplement New York's current hospital capacity temporarily, as well as to fill other roles in caring for less acute patients and providing support services.

Additionally, Westchester County—the location of the first COVID-19 cluster in New Rochelle—is seeking nurses to assist at locations such as nursing homes, child care programs, congregate care facilities, senior buildings, and other sites that serve vulnerable populations. Westchester County Department of Social Services will coordinate the placements in partnership with the Department of Health.
