Teaching Barn Volunteers

Volunteers are needed to help care for Green Chimneys' 200+ animals that are used therapeutically with its students with special needs.

Committed Teaching Barn Volunteers are needed to help care for llamas, sheep, goats, alpacas, cows, pigs, rabbits, and chickens. Volunteers also help maintain the barn and care for animals; tasks can include mucking paddocks and stalls, feeding and cleaning the animals, and helping with classes. Experience is not needed and all training will be provided.
