DOROT Westchester's summer teen internship program aims to connect rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a diverse group of socially conscious peers to bring vital social connections to older adults. Interns will develop leadership skills and engage in meaningful programs with older adults through a variety of intergenerational activities, including discussion groups, home visits, creative arts, and tech assistance. Interns can earn over 100 community service hours.
This program runs daily from July 20 to August 13 from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Interns must be able to travel to their internship location.
