2019-2021 Resource Guide Volunteers

Alliance for Safe Kids (ASK) is dedicated to connecting the community's youth and their families to helpful resources regarding mental health and substance abuse. With many national and local resources available, the organization needs input for what works best!

Resource Volunteers will help with the following activities:

  • Review ASK's existing Community Resources Guide, look up subjects of interest, and research national or local hotlines/resources that could be added to its network.
  • Attend local workshops and webinars pertaining to youth mental health and/or substance abuse and share key takeaways.
  • Share relevant articles, books, and any other resources that pertain to youth mental health and/or substance abuse and provide feedback.

The schedule is flexible and even 30 minutes of service can have a major impact!
