2019 Yoga Program Instructors

GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center, Westchester is currently looking for a volunteer program leader to join its wonderful dedicated volunteer team.

A trained yoga instructor is needed for a monthly program to teach school-aged children. This program takes place on the weekends, but times are flexible. At least a six-month commitment is required.

Volunteer Program Leader Requirements:

  • Must be 18+
  • Must attend an hour-long orientation (sessions available 6:30-7:30 p.m. first Wedsnesday of the month)
  • Observe two programs
  • Once the above requirements have been fulfilled, a background check is required
