The Social action committee of Community Synagogue, along with the Bronx Jewish Community Council and the UJA will once again be participating in a project to reach out on Christmas Day to the Jewish elderly homebound. Please join us in the sprit of Abraham by participating in this wonderful mitzvah of M’aakhil R’evim, feeding the hungry on December 25th. We have volunteered to prepare and deliver 30 meals to 30 individuals in need. We will be preparing food and delivering the meals in the Bronx on Christmas morning and we need your help. Please be prepared to contribute a part of the meal and deliver to the Bronx. Please contact Robin Blum on how you can get involved or with any questions at robinblum79@gmail.com or at 914 623-3764.
