Help Run The New Rochelle Street Fair

A wide variety of opportunities available to volunteer on September 9th. See below for shifts and descriptions and sign up for the task/shift of your choosing:

7:15AM to 9:30AM=Volunteers will assist with set up of the street fair itself, helping lay out the vendors spaces and marking them prior to their arrival. Once all spaces are designated, volunteers will stay on to assist vendors locating their spots. 
7:30AM-10:00AM=Volunteers will work in the vendor registration booth to check-in vendors as they arrive and point them towards their designated vendor spots. 
10:00AM-12:00PM=Volunteers will work in the vendor registration booth to check-in vendors as they arrive and point them towards their designated vendor spots. 
9:30AM-12:30PM=Volunteers will work as “block captains.” Each captain will be assigned a block of vendors and then using the provided layout of the space assignments, help them identify their location, and make sure they set up within that area. Once all vendors are set up, block captains will be in charge of answering any questions that arise.
12:30PM-2:30PM=Continuing the role of “block captain” volunteers will continue to monitor the activity in their designated block and act as the go-to for questions that may arise.
2:30PM-4:30PM=Continuing the role of “block captain” volunteers will continue to monitor the activity in their designated block and act as the go-to for questions that may arise.  Later in the day, vendor break down will occur and block captains are on hand in case any issues arise. This project is part of 9/11:Serve + Remember.
