Opportunity Details
We are looking for 5-6 18+ year old volunteers to help manage 14 developmentally delayed individuals all attending a meeting with their families to learn more about their rare condition. A music therapist will engage them while parents attend presentations being given by doctors and researchers just footsteps away. The group that needs care are aged 2-37. Some experience, sensitivity and kindness towards individuals with disabilities would be important characteristics of volunteers!
