2019 Bike HSS: Start and Finish Line Volunteers
BIKE HSS is a one-day cycling event beginning and ending at the Hospital for Special Surgery Westchester in White Plains. Friends of the Hospital for Special Surgery, physicians, staff, and members of the local community ride to promote awareness about musculoskeletal health while raising critical funds for patient care, research, and education.
Start Line and Finish Volunteers are needed to check-in guests, collect donations, provide information, lead the kids' zone and play area, control traffic, and more.
Volunteers receive complimentary registration, snacks, meal tickets, access to the Finish Line Festival, T-shirts, and incentives for fundraising (encouraged but not required).
Start Line and Finish Volunteers can sign up for any or all of the following shifts:
- 5-9 a.m.
- 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
- 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Age Minimum (with Adult): 12+, Minimum Age:16+
