10th Annual Great Saw Mill River Clean Up: Lawrence Street Site - Ardsley

Volunteers will join site supervisor and Groundwork Hudson Valley staff member, Victor Medina, to conduct vine cuttings (under supervision) and a garbage cleanup along the S. County Trail at the Lawrence Street site in Ardsley.

Wear sturdy shoes (no flip-flops!), long pants and long sleeves to protect from ticks and poison ivy; bring gloves if you have them and carry water to stay hydrated. We'll have equipment, trash bags, and a limited supply of gloves.

Register here to agree to the photo release form and record your T-shirt size. Volunteers must be 18 or older. Rain date: Saturday, April 20 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Directions: This site is located along the South County Trailway off exit 16 off the Saw Mill River Parkway. Meet at the corner of the South County Trail, in front of LIFE The Place To Be. Some parking can be found near the trail on Lawrence and underneath the Brooklyn Market store sign at the shopping center.
