Research & Outreach

Goal for this position is to assist us in attracting more volunteer groups to go on our trips to Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Our groups vary from public and private high schools, faith-based organizations, colleges and universities, business professional and corporate groups as well as medical groups.

This is a Business Engagement position, not a sales position.  The person needs to be comfortable performing basic online research in order to create a list of potential groups to contact.  Primary outreach efforts will be by email and/or phone.  Volunteer must be articulate enough to understand and express passion for our mission when communicating with potential clients.

Contacting returning adult volunteers to solicit their feedback would also be involved.

Ideally this volunteer position would be for 2X week for 3-4 hours each time.
