Neighbors Link is recruiting volunteers to participate in our ESL (English as a Second Language) tutoring program.
ESL volunteers will provide practical ESL (English as a second language) instruction to clients while helping them negotiate various aspects of living within the community. Tutoring is usually done in small groups or on a one to one basis.
You do not need to be ESL certified to volunteer for this opportunity, ESL volunteers will receive training and orientation from our ESL coordinator.
We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of 6 months if possible - (with flexibility for vacations etc.)
