We are seeking an in-house counsel to work closely with our Board of Directors, to assist in the creation of contracts and agreements and be an adviser to the board

Responsibilities and Duties

Develop significant expertise in nonprofit corporate and federal tax-exempt law for purpose of advising

Qualifications and Skills

Admitted to practice law in New York
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other board members
