Grant Writer: Grad Bag

Grad Bag is in Search of a Volunteer Grant Writer to help Spread our Reach.


Grad Bag is a green initiative to reuse college dorm supplies that would otherwise be discarded. Grad Bag collects and redistributes lightly-used dorm room items that frequently end up in landfills and gives them to incoming college freshmen from low-income households.
Grad Bag works within a tight budget and relies on gifts in kind in addition to financial support from individuals. New sources of funding are necessary for our growth.
Qualifications: Strong writing skills with experience in grant writing.
Responsibilities: Research and write grants that support sustainability and/or low-income households.
Location for work: Remote - Work from home
Time commitment: Flexible, as available
