College & Career Coaches will play the role as mentor to an assigned small group (no more than 4 students) and establish a relationship with each of their individual CCC participants; mentoring the participant through their adolescent experience. The College & Career Coaches (mentors) will guide and motivate their participant to stay on track for graduation and help to support future college & career goals. College & Career Coaches (mentors) will be in contact with their participant at least twice per month, from October through June, through facilitated meetings located at TGCW headquarters (256 Washington St. Mount Vernon, NY) as well as follow up. CCCoaches will use a specific curriculum designed by The Guidance Center of Westchester’s Center for College & Careers to help guide those meetings. #VolunteerNewRochelle #NewRoStrong
