2-1-1 Disaster Volunteer Preparedness
Volunteers will be trained to answer incoming calls to the 2-1-1 Disaster Relief Services of the United Way. Volunteers will be trained to assess the caller's needs, make accurate referrals to appropriate services and document intake information.
Step up and expand your knowledge of the community needs and disaster related resources in the area and be ready to help your neighbors’ if/when the time comes.
