College Application Assistance for the Latino Community
The FAFSA application is the first and most important step in securing financial aid and scholarships for first generation youth. Volunteers will provide assistance with this often complicated form. Volunteers will work at a computer station and assist a student and parent as they complete the application.
A one-hour volunteer training will be provided. Bilingual skills helpful (Spanish) but not required. Prior accounting or income tax preparation experience is helpful too!
About Latino U College Access: The mission is empower first generation Latino youth to enroll and graduate from college by providing students with the knowledge and support they need to achieve their dreams.
