Outreach Volunteer - Youth Summer Employment

We are looking for a volunteer(s) to help us with employer outreach as we prepare for the 2017 Private Sector Summer Youth Employment season. Each year we help place 225 youth from all over the county in summer job openings within the private sector. The program gives youth important work experience and a chance to develop marketable skills. 

The outreach volunteer will help research companies, make phone calls to sign up businesses, and help them post their job openings in the employer portal. 

The volunteer is needed for 2 half days each week starting in December. 

Qualifications:

​-excellent oral and written communication 
-proficiency in Excel
-tech savvy
-work well independently
