Hilltop Hanover Farm Volunteer Orientation

Hilltop Hanover Farm offers 8 acres of vegetable, herb and flower production, 3 greenhouses, green roof technology, a composting facility, farm stand, 5 beehives, and small livestock operation with chickens, cows and goats, all highlighting best practices in sustainable agriculture. The farm partners with local, regional and state agencies, not-for-profits, food pantries and corporations to provide valuable resources in support of educating youth and adults about Agriculture, Food Justice and Hunger Relief.

Spring Orientation starts in March. Individuals will learn more about the farm operation and where your talents may be put to good use. A short informative presentation will be followed by a tour and discussion. • Teens and adults 16 and up may volunteer independantly
• Ages 13 to 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian
• Volunteer waivers are required and can be obtained by contacting the farm or will be sent to you once you sign up for this opportunity with a valid email address.
