College & Career Coaches will play the role as mentor to an assigned small group (no more than 4 students) and establish a relationship with each of their individual CCC participants; mentoring the participant through their adolescent experience. The College & Career Coaches (mentors) will guide and motivate their participant to stay on track for graduation and help to support future college & career goals. College & Career Coaches (mentors) will be in contact with their participant at least twice per month, from October - June, through facilitated meetings located at TGCW headquarters (256 Washington St. Mount Vernon, NY) as well as follow up. CCCoaches will use a specific curriculum designed by The Guidance Center of Westchester’s Center for College & Careers to help guide those meetings.
